2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After the Refund Period: Refund requests made after the 7-day refund window are not eligible for a refund.

In the unlikely event that KG Digital WebCraft cancels or discontinues a course you have purchased, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase. You will also be notified via email about any cancellations.
